Can I manage more than one channel per social media?
Yes, you can connect and manage multiple accounts per social platform. Please log out of your account and repeat the channel connection process for each account. Some platforms, like X and Threads, may retain credentials from the previously logged-in account. In this case, try using incognito mode.
Why do my scheduled posts for Instagram keep failing?
Instagram may have limited your accounts because:
- You may have changed your password.
- You may have violated Instagram rules.
We recommend logging into your Instagram account and checking for any issues there being prompted to you.
Then go back to Robopost, and reconnect your channels.
Can I post to my personal Facebook profile using Robopost?
We are so sorry but you cannot post to your personal profile on Facebook through 3rd party services like us. We recommend you to have your Facebook Business Page if you would like to branding yourself and scheduling your posts.
Can I post to my Facebook group using Robopost?
We no longer support Facebook Groups due to recent updates by Meta, which closed the Facebook Groups API.
