There’s no strict limit on your knowledge base size, but we recommend keeping it under 800 paragraphs (around 200 PDF pages) for the best AI performance. If it’s too large, the AI might not generate high-quality posts as effectively.

Robopost does not limit file size, but each platform has its file limitations.

You can change the documentation link for sub-teams under Account > Team > See Sub Teams by clicking the cog button and assigning a new URL. Certain links, like Stack Forward LLC, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Security, are not shown on the sub-team’s dashboard.

TikTok currently does not allow third-party tools like Robopost to add music. However, we are requesting this feature and will integrate it once TikTok supports it. In the meantime, you can use TikTok’s auto add song feature to let the platform choose music for your content.

To delete your account, navigate to "ACCOUNT > Profile" and select "Delete My Account". If you are the sole admin of a team, assign a new administrator before proceeding.
