If your TikTok post has no sound, it may be muted on desktop or removed for copyright or guideline violations. Check “View details” in the app and replace audio using TikTok’s library to fix and prevent future issues.

Your post limits renew monthly, based on the date you originally subscribed to the Robopost plan. The limit count will update once the scheduled post is published.

There’s no strict limit on your knowledge base size, but we recommend keeping it under 800 paragraphs (around 200 PDF pages) for the best AI performance. If it’s too large, the AI might not generate high-quality posts as effectively.

Robopost does not limit file size, but each platform has its file limitations.

You can change the documentation link for sub-teams under Account > Team > See Sub Teams by clicking the cog button and assigning a new URL. Certain links, like Stack Forward LLC, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Security, are not shown on the sub-team’s dashboard.
