Our faceless video generator creates short videos without visible faces using AI. With the power of Robopost's scheduling feature, you can fully automate and manage a faceless channel. In this documentation, we will explain how to create and schedule these videos.

You can find the video dashboard under CONTENT > Videos by AI > Faceless Video Generator.

Create a Series

Robopost creates AI-generated faceless short videos from a "Series." A Series is a set of instructions that guides our AI to automatically create and post videos. Let's create your first Series by selecting Add Video Series.

Fill in each field using the following descriptions for reference:

Description

Name*

Set a name for the Series.
Content Type*

Choose the type of video content you want to create. If none of the options fit, you can select Custom to customize it to your needs.
Format*

Choose the aspect ratio for your videos. Portrait format works well for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.

Style*

Select a video portrait style.

Voice*

Choose a voice from 4 available character options.

Language*

Select the language for your videos.

Options
Create a Video at Regular Intervals
If you prefer not to create videos manually, enable this setting. Set the interval and the first posting date. You can also specify the end date for this recurring option.

Create Post to Social Accounts
If you have already connected social media accounts where you’d like to post your videos, enable this setting and select the channels. You can choose how the videos will be delivered, such as:

  • Directly post to Channels
  • Save as a Draft
  • Post to Collections

Generate First Video Now
If enabled, this will immediately create the first video from the Series you’ve set up.

Once these settings are configured, click the "Create" button to finalize your Series.

Generate Videos

Now you can generate a short video from the Series you created. Go to the Video Series tab and click ▶︎ on a Series to generate a video. It may take up to 20 minutes to complete. You will receive an email notification once it's generated.

You can view the videos in the Short Videos tab. You can schedule, download, or save videos underCONTENT > Medias.

Schedule Short Videos

You have 2 options to schedule those short videos; manually or automatically.

Schedule Manually

Open the Short Videos tab and click Schedule Post on the video you want to schedule. This will open a new browser tab to schedule the video on the POST > New Post page. If you would like to set a thumbnail for a YouTube Short, you can simply download the video and schedule it via YouTube Studio*¹.

Schedule Automatically

If you prefer not to schedule videos manually, you can set up a Series that automatically generates and publishes videos by following these steps:

  1. Turn on Create a Video at Regular Intervals to generate videos consistently. You can also specify when to generate the first video and when to stop.
  2. Turn on Create Post to Social Accounts and select the channels you want to publish the videos to.

Boom! You've just taken a big step toward running a faceless social media account!
