Once you schedule posts, you can find and edit them under POSTS > Scheduled Posts. In this documentation, we will explain what actions you can take on this page.



Find scheduled post

We provide two options for checking your scheduled posts: list view or calendar view.

List view

This is the default view you’ll see when you open the scheduled posts page. All scheduled posts are listed in ascending order, starting with the one scheduled to publish next.
Using filters can help you find specific posts. Click Filters to expand the filtering options.

These filter options search for each item and display results using an AND condition.

Calendar view

If you prefer a broader overview of your post schedule, the calendar view is a better option. You can find it under the Calendar tab.

Your scheduled posts can be viewed in monthly (default), weekly, or daily formats.



Edit scheduled posts

To update your scheduled posts, simply click on the post you want to edit. This will redirect you to the post editor page.

Please note that you cannot change the channel setting. If you want to change the channel where the post will be published, please copy it to the draft posts section (explained in the following section).



Copy scheduled posts

You can copy scheduled posts to your Collection or the draft posts section.

Copy to Collection

Select the posts you would like to copy, click Action, and choose Copy to Collection. Then, select a Collection to copy the posts to, and click Confirm.

Copy to Draft

Select the posts you would like to copy, click Action, and choose Copy to Draft.



Delete scheduled posts

If you no longer need the scheduled posts, select the posts you want to delete, click Action, and choose Delete.
