Delete One Post (from Published Posts page)

1. Go to Posts > Published Posts.
2. Find the post you want to remove.
3. Click the ... menu on that post.
4. Click Delete.
5. In the confirmation popup, click Yes.

If you see Also delete on social media, you can enable it before confirming.

Delete Multiple Posts

1. Go to Posts > Published Posts.
2. Select posts using the checkboxes.
3. In the bottom action bar, click Action.
4. Click Delete.
5. In the confirmation popup, click Yes.

If the option Also delete on social media appears, you can turn it on before confirming.

Delete from Post Details

1. Open a post from Posts > Published Posts.
2. Click the top-right ... menu.
3. Click Delete.
4. Confirm by clicking Yes.

Important Notes

• Deleting a post removes it from your published post list in Robopost.
• The Also delete on social media option is shown only when supported.
• If that option is not shown, the post will be deleted from Robopost only.

Please check WhatsApp instead. In some countries, SMS delivery may be restricted or blocked by local carriers.

If you can't connect your Instagram account, please make sure that

1. Your Instagram account is Professional. *¹ You can change its profile type.
2. Robopost has permission to manage your account in the Website permissions.

Please switch your account to a Professional account (Find more at Instagram Help Center).

If you don’t see your Facebook Page in the pop-up, please make sure that

1. You have an Admin or an Editor role of classic Facebook Pages, or Facebook access with full control or partial control for new Pages. (Find more at Facebook Help Center)
2. You turned on two-factor authentication for your Facebook account. (Find more at Facebook Help Center)
3. Robopost has permission to manage them in the Business Integrations.

If you’re not a Super Admin, ask the current owner to grant you Super Admin access, or invite them to your Robopost team and have them connect the Facebook Page themselves.

If you don’t see your LinkedIn Page in the pop-up, please make sure your personal LinkedIn profile is a Super Admin of that Page.

You can check this at Your LinkedIn Page > Settings > Manage admins. If you don’t see Manage admins, you are not a Super Admin.

If you’re not a Super Admin, ask the current owner to grant you Super Admin access, or invite them to your Robopost team and have them connect the LinkedIn Page themselves.

Go to your Google Account and click Third-party connections.

Search for StackForward (the company behind Robopost), then click it to see the access details.

If you don't see your Youtube Channel in the pop-up, please confirm that you are the Owner, or the Primary Owner of this channel (You can check your account status in Youtube Studio > Settings > Permissions).

If not, you can ask the current owner to make you an owner, or invite them to your Robopost team and have them connect the channel themselves.

Yes, you can create an automation to repost content from other channels. Please note that this feature is only available when Facebook is used as the source channel.

Channel Overview

At the top of the page, you'll see:

• Channel Icon — The social platform’s logo (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
• Channel Name — The name associated with the connected channel.
• Copy ID Button — Copies the channel’s unique identifier to clipboard.
• Delete Channel Button — Disconnect the channel from Robopost.

Update Channel Category

You can categorize your channel to help with grouping.

Fields

• Category (Dropdown) — Select a category (e.g., Business, Brand, Personal).

After choosing a category, click Update Channel to save.

Advanced Settings

Click Show Advanced Settings to access additional configuration options.

Enable Timezone Control

Set the timezone to schedule content in your preferred timezone.

Max Daily Posts

Sets the maximum number of posts allowed per day for this channel.

Post Signature

Automatically append text to every post from this channel. Useful for branding, disclaimers, or recurring hashtags.

Click Update Channel to save.

Default UTM Parameters for Links in Posts

Automatically append UTM parameters to links posted on this channel for analytics tracking. All fields are optional. Click Update Channel to save.

Watermark Settings

Auto Apply Watermark When Posting

When enabled, Robopost will automatically apply your workspace’s default watermark to all images/videos before posting. Click Update Channel to save.

Refresh Channel Connection

Refreshing your channel connection will:

• Revalidate authentication tokens
• Resolve failed posting issues
• Update titles and avatars
• Sync metadata from the social platform

Use Refresh Channel Connection when:

• Posts are failing due to expired tokens
• The account’s username or avatar has changed
• You receive a “connection expired” or “reauthorization needed” warning

Deleting a Channel

Use the trash icon in the top-right corner to disconnect the channel from Robopost.

We don’t currently support changing the email on an account, but you can work around this by inviting your new email address. Here’s how:

1. Log in with your old email and go to ACCOUNT > Team, then click Invite member.
2. Enter your new email address and send the invite.
3. Open the invitation email and click Join.
4. Click Login and sign in with your new email.
5. Click Accept in the banner and select your old team from TEAMS.

After that, you’ll be able to post from the team you created before.
You may see a notice about the free trial ending, but you can keep using Robopost as long as the team is on the Basic plan or higher.

Yes, you can add a customized post signature for each channel. Please check the Channel Settings for more details.

If you’re viewing your TikTok post from a laptop or through the Chrome browser, please turn on the sound and check if the post plays with audio. TikTok mutes the sound by default.

You may have violated TikTok’s guidelines:

TikTok automatically removes sounds from videos when they detect violations of either copyright restrictions or their Community Guidelines.

This means the audio in your video contained:

• Copyrighted material - Music, audio clips, or other protected content without proper licensing
• Community Guidelines violations - Content that goes against TikTok's community standards
• Both copyright and guideline issues

How to Check the Specific Reason:

You can view the exact reason for removal by following these steps:

1. Open the TikTok app and navigate to your muted video
2. Tap "View details" at the bottom of the screen
3. The system will show whether the sound was removed for copyright, Community Guidelines violation, or both

Your Options Moving Forward:

The good news is that you can easily replace the removed sound:

1. Go to your muted video in the TikTok app
2. Tap "View details" at the bottom
3. Select "Change sound" and choose from TikTok's approved audio library
4. Adjust the volume and trim as needed
5. Tap "Post" to complete the update

Prevention Tips:

To avoid future sound removals, we recommend using sounds directly from TikTok's built-in library, as these are pre-approved and won't face copyright issues.

1. Enable AI-Generated Post Text
   Toggle on: Let AI generate the post text
2. Enable Hashtag Inclusion
   Toggle on: Include hashtags
3. (Optional but recommended) Use a Custom AI Prompt to guide the hashtag generation

Think of each sub team as a standalone branded environment for one of your clients.

Creating Sub Teams (aka. Brand or Workspace)

What is a Sub Team?
A sub team is a dedicated "workspace" created specifically for your clients. When clients join this team, they only see the channels and contents in the sub team.

This offer a logical way to manage both security and access matter, and separate clients into their respective "workspace" effectively.

Step 1: Create a New Sub Team

Go to Sub Teams page in the dashboard. (Team > See Sub Teams)

Click Create New Sub Team.

Enter the following:

• Team Name: Choose a descriptive name for the team.
• Emails: Add email addresses of the team members to invite them directly.
