If you can’t connect your Instagram account to Robopost, make sure your account is set to Professional and that Robopost has permission to manage it in Website permissions. Personal accounts are not supported.
If your Facebook Page doesn’t appear in Robopost, make sure you have the required Page role or access, two-factor authentication enabled, and Robopost permissions in Business Integrations. If not, ask the owner to grant access or connect the Page for you.
If your LinkedIn Page doesn’t appear in Robopost, make sure your personal profile is a Super Admin. Check this in Page Settings > Manage admins. If not, ask the owner to grant access or invite them to connect the Page for you.
Go to your Google Account and click Third-party connections. Search for StackForward (the company behind Robopost), then click it to see the access details.
If your YouTube channel doesn’t appear in Robopost, make sure you are the Owner or Primary Owner. Check this in YouTube Studio > Settings > Permissions. If not, ask the Owner to grant access or invite them to connect the channel.
