If your YouTube channel doesn’t appear in Robopost, make sure you are the Owner or Primary Owner. Check this in YouTube Studio > Settings > Permissions. If not, ask the Owner to grant access or invite them to connect the channel.

The Channel Detail Page allows you to configure and manage an existing social channel connected to Robopost. This includes updating channel metadata, adjusting posting behaviors, applying UTM parameters, enabling watermarks, and refreshing the connection when needed.
Robopost doesn’t support changing the email on an account. As a workaround, invite your new email via ACCOUNT > Team, accept the invite, and switch to your old team. You can continue posting as long as the team is on the Basic plan or higher.

If your TikTok post has no sound, it may be muted on desktop or removed for copyright or guideline violations. Check “View details” in the app and replace audio using TikTok’s library to fix and prevent future issues.
