Now, you can apply a single watermark setting across your entire workspace, saving time and ensuring unified branding for every piece of content.

How It Works

1. Configure Watermark at the Team Level

  1. Go to Your Team Settings: From your Robopost dashboard, navigate to Team.
  2. Expand Watermark Settings: In the team settings menu, look for the Watermark section.
  3. Set Up Your Watermark:
    • Enable Auto apply watermark when posting.
    • Upload your watermark image (PNG format with a transparent background is recommended).
    • Choose your preferred positioning (top-left, top-right, bottom-left, or bottom-right).
  4. Save Your Changes: Once you’ve configured your watermark preferences, click Update to finalize.
Note for Agency Members: This feature also applies to White Labeled Teams. You can now offer seamless brand consistency for every client under one roof.

2. Channel-Level Overrides

If you need to apply a different watermark for a specific channel, you can still do so at the channel level. This will override any team-level settings for that particular channel. The priority order is:

  1. Channel-Level Settings
  2. Team (Workspace) Settings

Best Practices for Watermarking

  • High-Resolution PNG: A crisp, transparent PNG watermark ensures that your brand looks professional on both images and videos.
  • Subtle Placement: Avoid obstructing important visual elements by positioning your watermark in a corner.
